Dear Clients, Colleagues and Friends,
This month I am officially launching, Lee Ann Weinberg and Associates Consulting, LLC and as many of you know, it has been a journey to get here. As I enter this new venture, I am asking for your support, and for the opportunity to serve organizations you believe in the most.
My focus in on non-profit and social impact enterprises, working towards sustainable, healthy operations and growth while simultaneously prioritizing the health and well-being of individuals, organizations and communities.
I've worked for more than twenty years in fast-paced, sometimes grueling environments in for-profit health care, start-up organizations and running against the clock and calendar in non-profits to merely keep the doors open.
Since my eldest daughter Lauren, now 8, was born, I started a role as a new Executive Director, gave birth to identical twins, now 5, began a C-Suite job as a Chief Development Officer, survived an aggressive and advanced form of Non-Hodkins Lymphoma during a global pandemic, and managed to move on to healing and re-imagining my career and life. The obstacles have been (in)surmountable, the lessons swift, and the butt-kicking hard.
These experiences inform my approach to LAWA. My mission is to support leaders and organizations through strategy, coaching, and consulting in fund development (fundraising), operations, governance, grants management, program development and right-sizing resources to best serve our communities. All the while, holding space for being human and embracing our success and failure as part of the journey. I bring pragmatism and processes, gravitas and grace.
In this space, we know the work is never
technically done and we are in it for the haul. Let's pace this marathon together with the right tools and strategies to cross the finish line holding hands, not gasping for air.
