Meet Lee Ann Weinberg

Lee Ann brings a unique, bird's-eye perspective from 25 years of experience as a hospital administrator, executive director, and chief development officer, as well as from the hard-earned resiliency of a working mom and cancer survivor.  Now five years in remission, she continues to build Lee Ann Weinberg and Associates into one of Kentucky's leading consulting practices, with a focus on meaningful professional relationships and joyful living.

Given 10 years of growing and operating outpatient hospital and healthcare organizations, Lee Ann has an inherent bias towards process and procedure, urging clients to fundraise, operate, and govern with a strong orientation to clarity regarding how they do things.  And, as a strategist who takes big picture, long-term views of organizations and their life-cycles, she also works to clarify exactly what organizations are doing and why? In our fast-paced and and combustive climate, these answers have changed, and organizations must evolve and adapt with urgency.

Strong processes, mission, and strategic clarity support organizational evoluation, and are the hallmarks of successful fundraising and growth, the skillsets that often bring people to Lee Ann Weinberg and Associates.  However, it isn't all just process and procedure.

Lee Ann is a cheerleader for people-centered development based on genuine relationships, shared values, community-building, as well as having fun on the job.

This perspective has led Lee Ann to a natural fit, working with arts and culture organizations like Actors Theatre of Louisville, Appalachian Arts Alliance, City Music Cleveland, and Appalachian Big Ideas Festival and Kentucky Film Foundation on strategy, fund, and program development.

Now, three years into Lee Ann Weinberg and Associates, Lee Ann  is leaning into what she sees is needed most in the non-profit landscape. She has just launched a low-barrier online fundraising course,  is pursuing a certificate in Conflict Resolution Mediation from The Embody Lab. She is actively seeking and building more opportunities to increase civic engagement through arts and culture.
