The Organizational Exploration is a jumping off point that allows us to identify strengths and weaknesses and areas that may need immediate attention. This allows us to triage a focused plan for high impact organizational change and development strategies. This is a collaborative discovery process for both the organization and Lee Ann Weinberg and Associates Consulting, LLC with input from leadership, staff, clients/customers, and the Board of Directors. An outcome of the Organizational Exploration may be an ongoing scope of work with LAWA to create strategies that focus on 1) Creation of a 5 Year Strategic Plan 2) Development of an Annual Campaign 3) Board Member Engagement 4) Organizational Re-structure 5) Donor Engagement 6) Diversifying earned income, etc.
